A Citizenship loophole is closing!

From January 2023 the Croatian Government is changing the Citizenship by ancestry application path. Right now if you have a Croatian Great grandparent or grandparent you can apply for Croatian Citizenship by ancestry.

From January 2023 the rules are becoming stricter so that you will now need a parent with Croatian Citizenship to apply for Croatian citizenship by descent.

The good news is that if you lodge your application before January 2023 you can still get Croatian Citizenship!
